Residenza Villa Borghese is a very stylish and totally new 2 bedroom-apartment facing the beach.
It’s located in the popular seaside resort of Nettuno, just one hour-drive far from Rome.

The spacious living area includes: a large comfortable lounge with satellite TV area and double sofa, small table; dining table (6 seats) and a large chaise-longue.
The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, dishwasher, pots, fridge with freezer, dishes, moka, expresso maker and kettle.
The large terrace (50 sq.mt.), comfortably equipped with dining table (6 seats) and a 4 small rattan armchairs, 1 armchair, 1 sofa – just in front to the beach – is perfect for a fresco dining on the warm Italian evenings!

The sleeping area includes two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The first bedroom with four beds: one bunked-bed and two twins beds. One bathroom with shower.
The second bedroom with double beds, en-suite bathroom with shower and wardrobe.
There’s another built-in wardrobe in the hallway.

The Residenza Villa Borghese is fully furnished with all reasonable utensils. Towels and linen are provided as is a cleaner on arrival and departure dates. There is also the added security of a caretaker.

The Residents-only lift gives direct access to the beach and to the hot water showers placed at the ground floor.
Beach facilities (1 sun umbrella + 3/4 chaise longues) are included in the rates!

Located in the center of Nettuno, this apartment offers the perfect setting for exploring Rome and Lazio. The apartment itself faces the Mediterranean sea, making it a perfect setting for outdoor activities like walking and swimming. There are plenty of opportunities to enjoy water sports including sailing, windsurfing and canoeing. There are also several excellent golf courses nearby. The town of Anzio is very easy to reach and is great for shopping and packed with museums, art galleries and other attractions.
Rome is only a short train journey away. There are trains every hour and the ticket is €8 day return including all the Undergrounds and Buses in Rome.
Along the coast there are numerous remains of Roman villas. One, the Domus Neroniana, has been identified as a residence of Nero.
In Anzio can be found the Anzio Beachhead British Military Cemetery and a Beachhead Museum. The Sicily-Rome American Cemetery and Memorial is in nearby Nettuno.
All along the coast a large number of beaches and sea resorts can be found, including the famous fish restaurants of the Anzio harbor. In the southern part of the town, close to the border with Nettuno, there are many Italian art nouveau style houses.
