The Villa has 4 bedrooms (3 Suites of 35 square meters each and 1 Presidential Suite of 95 square meters) and 3 bathrooms.

Ground floor:
2 bedrooms with independent access and other 2 bedrooms with common access.
The 3 Suites at the ground floor has all a double bedroom, a little living room with desk and upholstered chair, walk-in closet and minibar, Lcd TV 42”; en-suite bathroom with shower.
2 Suites can be connected through a communicating door, and the third Suite can be connected to the Presidential Suite, always trough a double connecting door.

Ground floor/First floor:

The Presidential Suite is developed in two levels: at the ground floor there’s a living room with air-conditioning, fireplace, and a kitchenette equipped with electric oven and gas stove.
At the first floor there are two living rooms (one with sofa bed and fireplace and the other one with wardrobe and sofa bed, both with their bathroom with shower), and a large double bedroom with sofa bed, desk with upholstered chair, wooden wardrobe, minibar, Lcd TV 42”, for a total of 95 square meters.

DEPENDANCE (8 people)

1 Suite + 1 Junior Suite.
The Suite has a huge loft with 1 double bedroom and living room. The bedroom is equipped with reading area, wooden wardrobe and minibar, Lcd TV 42”, router WiFi, digital thermostat, hair-dryer, fan coil-air-conditioning, 1 double sofa-bed, window door with direct access to the swimming pool and private balcony facing the vineyards. En-suite bathroom with shower.
The Junior Suite has a double bedroom, little reading area, wooden wardrobe and minibar, Lcd TV 42”, router WiFi, digital thermostat, hair-dryer. En-suite bathroom with shower.
