The cottage is a delightfully unpretentious and romantic retreat; away from the crowds, something that is not ‘everyday’. Placed in the countryside of Ponza Island, it’s the ideal place to relax and enjoy a wonderful view of the tourist harbour.

The house is typical of the island, with a panoramic large terrace that overlooks the clear blue waters of the Tyrrhenian sea. The beach and the cliffs are easy reachable by a public shuttle bus. The bus stop is few steps from the house.
The village is easily reached by the taxi boats that leave every 15 minutes from the beach or by walking up to the main road where it’s possible to catch the small bus – a service that runs the length of the island, connecting the port and Le Forna.
Water taxis are available to take guests around the island to coves and beaches.
The cottage is placed in a calm side of the island, surrounded by the greenery and only 5 minutes by foot from the characteristic port of Santa Maria.

Ground floor: living room with double sofa beds. Stonework kitchen furniture with fully equipped, small over, fridge/freezer. Dining area. Large terrace with external warm shower, barbecue, bench, pergola and garden furniture, 2 tables and chairs.
1 Bathrooms with shower. Two double bedrooms, TV, wi fi connection. 1000 msq of garden and land with vegetable garden overlooking the cliffs and sea.
First floor: 2 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large living with kitchenette.

The restaurants, pizzerias, markets, bakery and the tourist harbour with the taxi boats to the beaches are located 5 minutes by foot.
The village with the typical boutiques is 15 minutes by foot.
