Vulcano Anna is a luxury apartment placed in the amazing baroque historic center of Catania.
This large and refined apartment is located inside a previous stately palace.
Vulcano Anna – well furnished – is located at the ground floor and it’s developed in two levels. Through the front door the house welcome guests in a living-room very bright and spacious, with a large doublesofa-bed and a studio area with heat-pump. Carrying on the left, a pass-trough equipped with buil-in closets brings into the kitchen and to a bathroom with shower. Instead, going on the right from the access, a magnificent staircase leads to the basement floor where is developed the sleeping area composed by a wardrobes zone realised into the spacious stairwell and – divided by a full size sliding door to guarantee guests’ privacy – the bedroom – also equipped with heat-pump and a studio area. This floor is completed by an en-suite bathroom with bathtube.
This apartment – charactherised by high quality finishes and fittings – has been totally refurbished following the Feng-Shui and Bio-Architecture principles, namely only with natural and eco-friendly materials (paints included). The furnitures – mainly composed by antique pieces – is integrated into e young and comfortable context.
A garden accessible from the exterior at guests’ exclusive use completes this unique property.
